Key Responsibilities of our Assistant Credit Manager
✓ Review and process customer credit applications
✓ Evaluate customer credit information and maintain accurate records
✓ Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment inquiries
✓ Deposit, post, and reconcile customer payments
✓ Assist with accounts receivable and collection activities
✓ Maintain organized financial records and documentation
✓ Provide administrative support and complete additional office duties as assigned
Qualifications
✓ Experience with clerical duties and general office procedures
✓ Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✓ Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
✓ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
✓ Strong organizational skills for maintaining financial records and documentation
✓ Effective written and verbal communication skills
✓ Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
✓ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
