Band saw cutting is one of the most common ways to cut materials in the steel industry. Our band saws allow us to cut a wide range of materials accurately and efficiently to better serve our customers. Band Saw Cutting is available up to 26″ O.D.
Our state of the art automated vertical band saws allows Livingston to miter cut to your required angle specifications. We have the ability to put two different angles, with two different orientations on each end of one piece of material. (1 through 60 degrees).
Cold saws provide a cut which is virtually burr free. This multi purpose type cold saw can cut round, square, and rectangular at miter degree angles. We have the ability to cold saw cutting up to 4″ in diameter.
Livingston has several state of the art automated saws for cutting large capacity orders quickly. We have the ability to consistently cut large quantities as needed by our customers.
Livingston can ship the material threaded and coupled or we can ship the couplings separate with your order. (1/2″ to 12 3/4″ O.D. Taper Thread) (4″ to 12 3/4″ O.D. Straight Thread). Machine beveling is also available. (Machine Bevel from 1/2″ to 12 3/4″ O.D.)
Torch cutting and torch beveling is also available from Livingston. (Torch cut and Bevel 6″ to 120″ in Diameter)
Most saws leave a burr on the end of cut material. We will deburr the material to meet your specific requirements. Remember to specify deburring when quoting if you need this type of finish. With our state of the art equipment we are able to cut and deburr in a one step process saving time which enables us to pass savings on to our customers.
Painting and Primering are available on all our materials including Pipe, Mechanical Tube, and Structural Square and Rectangular Tube. We will quote the material bare, primered, painted, or if you have another specification please let us know so we can send you the material to your desired specifications.
Shot blasting is available for Rounds (up to 24″), Square (up to 24″), Plate (up to 6′ wide), WF Beam (up to 36″) and H Beam (up to 42″). Sand Blasting is available on all of Livingston’s products.
BUNDLING AND PACKAGING TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS! Material will be tagged with size, part, reference, and/or your P.O. number when specified. Boxing, bundling, or packaging done to your requirements. Please remember to give your sales person the requirements needed.

Livingston Pipe and Tube, Inc.’s central locations enable us to ship to our customers in all parts of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Having been in the shipping business since 1978 we are ready to meet and exceed your needs.
Livingston Pipe and Tube Inc. can ship just a few pieces on a LTL carrier or larger quantities on a flat bed truck to your job site or your plant. Unlike some of our competition we do not require large orders or full loads in order to ship. We combine with other shipments from Livingston to customers in the same area, thus reducing freight cost dramatically and saving the customer a fair amount in the final delivered price.
